Those travelling in Economy Class (Starter, Starter Plus, and Flex Plus) are entitled to 7kg of carry-on baggage across 2 items.

Those travelling in Flexare entitled to 7kg of carry-on baggage across 2 items on Jetstar Airways (JQ) international flights, Jetstar Japan (GK) flights, all Jetstar flights that include a connecting flight with Jetstar Asia (3K)and 14kg(Max. 10kg per single item) of carry-on baggage across 2 items on Jetstar Airways (JQ) Australia and New Zealand domestic flights and Jetstar Asia (3K) flights.

Passengers travelling in the business fare and business max are entitled to carry 14kg (Max 10kg per single item) of carry-on baggage across 2 items.

Checked Baggage
Jetstar Starter fares offer a 7kg carry-on baggage allowance. However, you can add a baggage allowance of up to 40kg after paying the requisite price.

Frequent Flyer Program
