Thai Airways International offers four classes of service: Royal First, Royal Silk, Premium Economy, and Economy class.

Economy Class

Carry-On Baggage
Passengers are allowed to bring one carry-on bag. It must not exceed 56 cm in length, 45 cm in width, and 25 cm in thickness, including wheels, handles, and side pockets. The total weight of the luggage should not be more than 7kg. 

Checked Baggage
Thai Airways International has set checked baggage limitations for each cabin class: 
•    Royal First Class can only bring luggage of 50 kg 
•    Royal Silk Class can bring one luggage item not more than 40 kg 
•    Economy Plus can bring one piece of luggage not exceeding 35 kg 
•    Economy Class can bring luggage of 23 - 30 kg

Frequent Flyer Program

Thai Airways International offers Royal Orchid Plus membership to its loyal travellers as a frequent flyer program. Members can either accrue Eligible Qualifying Miles (EQM) or Qualifying Miles (Q Miles) while flying with Thai or its subsidiaries and codeshare and Star Alliance airlines. Depending on the miles one gets, members get Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels with added benefits like priority check-in, lounge access, and increased baggage allowances.
